shield Recommended update for lxc

slessp4-lxc-12806

This update for lxc changes the initial installation of packages into the SLE rootfs to no longer use the "base" pattern, which is not available on SLED. Additionally, lxc-start will now raise an error when attempting to start a container that is already running.
