shield Recommended update for mesa

SUSE-SUSE-MicroOS-5.2-2022-2902

This update for Mesa fixes the following issues: - Change default driver from 'iris' back to 'i965' for Intel Gen8-11 hardware; that way we also use the same driver used by X and Mesa (bsc#1200965, bsc#1197045, bsc#1197046)
