This update for hyper-v fixes the following issues: - fcopy: Fix irregularities with size of ring buffer - fcopy: Fix incorrect file path conversion - enable debug logs for hv_kvp_daemon (bsc#1244154) - update route parsing in kvp daemon - reduce resource usage in hv_kvp_daemon - reduce resouce usage in hv_get_dns_info helper - hv_kvp_daemon: Pass NIC name to hv_get_dns_info as well - terminate fcopy daemon if read from uio fails - change permissions of NetworkManager configuration file - fix a complier warning in the fcopy uio daemon - remove obsolete kvptest.ps1.txt which failed since a decade - remove obsolete rpm postinstall code for SLE11SP2
