SUSE-SLE-WE-12-SP4-2019-1997

This update for tracker fixes the following issues: - Move gstreamer initialization to the plugin initialization phase, since it can rebuild the registry cache and should be done outside the sandbox. Also disable some plugins, per upstream, since they can cause sandbox violations and other problems. (bgo#790457) (bsc#1038823)
