This update for openssl-1_0_0 fixes the following issues: - Fix parameters by name ffdheXXXX and modp_XXXX sometimes result in "not found" (bsc#1190885) - Add RFC3526 and RFC7919 groups to 'openssl genpkey' so that it can output FIPS-appropriate parameter (bsc#1180995)
