shield Optional update for libical

SUSE-SLE-SERVER-12-2015-432

This update for libical fixes the name of function icaltime_days_in_year() to match the name exported in header files. This bug doesn't affect any functionality of SLE 12, but was fixed to allow other packages linking against libical to use the function.
