shield Recommended update for gnome-online-accounts

This update of gnome-online-accounts to version 3.20.8 provides the following fixes: - Fix some errors when creating facebook accounts by making it work with Graph API 2.3 and newer. (bsc#1069269) - Don't leak the name_owner and result in dbus_proxy_reload_properties_sync - Fix a memory leak in goa-daemon. - Fix a broken error handling in on_got_identity_for_sign_out. - Don't leak the invocation when handling ExchangeSecretKeys and SignOut.
