shield Recommended update for upower

SUSE-SLE-SDK-12-SP2-2017-957

This update for upower provides the following fixes: - Set the system per default to hibernate, not hybridsleep. If the battery is going to be empty soon, there is no reason any longer to attempt to HybridSleep, which quite some hardware seems to get wrong. Simply hibernate, get the data on the disk and switch off. (bsc#985741)
