Recommended update for libpciaccess
SUSE-SLE-SDK-12-SP2-2016-1746
This update for libpciaccess provides the following fixes: - Ignore 32bit PCI domains. They are now supported by the Linux kernel but not by the user land library, and this inconsistency can lead to problems such as startx(1) terminating with a segmentation fault. 32-bit PCI domains are not needed to start the X server.
