shield Recommended update for sdl

SUSE-SLE-SDK-12-SP1-2016-382

This update for SDL disables usage of backing storage by default due to tearing effects. Users who would like to enable it can set the SDL_VIDEO_X11_BACKINGSTORE environment variable.
