shield Recommended update for oprofile

This update for oprofile provides the following fixes: - Loading the 'oprofile' module on s390x will create /dev/opcontrol/0 when hardware sampling is supported. Check if this file is present and, when it isn't, reload the module with 'cpu_type=timer', which will make /dev/oprofile/cpu_type to report 'timer'. (bsc#957426)
