shield Recommended update for openwsman

SUSE-SLE-SDK-12-2015-798

This update for openwsman adds support for a new option in the client configuration: curlopt_nosignal. If this option is enabled in openwsman_client.conf, openwsman will set the CURLOPT_NOSIGNAL flag in libcurl. It's recommended to enable this option when running multi-threaded applications linked against libwsman.
