shield Recommended update for openscap

SUSE-SLE-SDK-12-2015-666

openscap was updated to: - Auto-detect the CPE version of the running system. (bsc#939789) - Also scap-yast2sec-xccdf.xml was adjusted to use the correct CPE name for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12. (bsc#939789) This makes oscap xccdf eval --profile Default /usr/share/openscap/scap-xccdf.xml work better.
