shield Recommended update for kiwi

This update for kiwi fixes the following issues: - This fix updates the paths from which the 'shim efi' files are extracted from the install initrd in order to build the ISO installation media. (bsc#1180067) - Drop the requirement syslinux from this package, it only exists on x86 and is already properly required from kiwi-instsource. (bsc#1182450)
