This update for the system compiler gcc48 fixes the following issues: - Support for generating IBM Z series Spectre Variant 2 fix method "expolines" was added (bsc#1083945) - A miscompilation of SPECcpu2017 526.blender was fixed. (bsc#1082130) - ARM Arch64 Cortex-A53 errata 843419 and 835769 were enabled by default, which could have lead to crashes of built binaries. (bsc#1087932)
