shield Recommended update for ovmf

This update for ovmf fixes the following issues: - We do not official support AMD SEV yet. On the other hand, the secure boot will be disabled in SEV flavor, so we do not need revert the patch anymore (bsc#1209266). - Add backslash to the end of "-D BUILD_SHELL=FALSE" in BUILD_OPTIONS_X86.
