SUSE-SLE-Module-Server-Applications-15-SP5-2024-1091

This update for rpm fixes the following issues: - Turn on IMA/EVM file signature support, move the imaevm code that needs the libiamevm library into a plugin, and install this plugin as part of a new "rpm-imaevmsign" subpackage (jsc#PED-7246). - Backport signature reserved space handling from upstream.
