SUSE-SLE-Module-Server-Applications-15-SP3-2022-1542

This update for sblim-sfcb fixes the following issues: - Add config option to optionally disable TLSv1.2 (bsc#1190107) - Enable TLS v1.3 by removing explicit curve selection. This should not be required for OpenSSL 1.1.0+ (bsc#1190107)
