shield Recommended update for google-compute-engine-init

This update for google-compute-engine-init fixes the following issues: - Scripts that are one-shot should not be marked as "stop_on_removal" as there is no process running. (bsc#1017395) - Add and improved support for alias IPs in the IP forwarding daemon. (bsc#1016372, bsc#1015829) - Fix startup script to run after network setup. - Provide a service to enable network interfaces on boot.
