This update for patterns-public-cloud fixes the following issues: Generic changes: - Splitted patterns into Tools, Instance Initialization and Instance Tools for each Cloud Service Provider. The main-patterns are kept, but it's not recommended to install them. - Added cloud-regionsrv-client, docker-img-store-setup, growpart and supportutils-plugin-suse-public-cloud to all Instance Tools patterns. Amazon Web Services specific changes: - Added python-s3transfer, regionServiceClientConfigEC2 and s3fs. Microsoft Azure specific changes: - Replaced WALinuxAgent by python-azureagent. (bsc#986002) - Added regionServiceClientConfigAzure. Google Cloud Platform specific changes: - Removed gcimagebundle (obsolete). - Added cloud-regionsrv-client-plugin-gce and regionServiceClientConfigGCE. OpenStack specific changes: - Added cloud-init
