This update for rpmlint, rpmlint-mini, obs-service-format_spec_file fixes the following issues: obs-service-format_spec_file: - Synchronize the license identifiers from SPDX (spdx.org). (jsc#SLE-18915) rpmlint: - Accept any license ending with a '+' as indicated in the SPDX syntax. (bsc#1195085) - Remove licenses ending with '+' from the valid license array - Rebuild rpmlint with the new obs-service-format_spec_file. rpmlint-mini: - Rebuild rpmlint-mini with the new obs-service-format_spec_file and rpmlint.
