This feature update for python3 packages adds the following: - First batch of python3.11 modules (jsc#PED-68) - Rename sources of python3-kubernetes, python3-cryptography and python3-cryptography-vectors to accommodate the new 3.11 versions, this 3 packages have no code changes.
