This update for s390-tools fixes the following issues: - Fix gen of cert or CSR to use RSA not RSA-PSS (bsc#1250643). - Amended .spec file for opticsmon.service (bsc#1246669). - Applied patch to fix DPU utilization calculation scaling for chpstat (bsc#1248264). - Amended the .spec file to remove embedded build counter for binaries (bsc#1246792). - Reapplied original vendor.tar.zst fw file. - Fix CCA host version detection for newer CCA versions.
