This update for hyper-v fixes the following issues: - fcopy bugfix - Fix irregularities with size of ring buffer - Fix incorrect file path conversion - Enable debug logs for hv_kvp_daemon (bsc#1244154). - Update route parsing in kvp daemon - Remove obsolete obsolete code for SLE11SP2 - remove dependency on /usr/bin/python3 using %python3_fix_shebang macro (bsc#1212476). - Use %patch -P N instead of deprecated %patchN.
