SUSE-SLE-Module-Basesystem-15-SP3-2021-3823

This update for yast2-registration fixes the following issues: - Report properly that no product is selected in autoinstallation (bsc#1188211) - Fixed evaluating the update repositories: (bsc#1188717) The SUSE Manager update repositories were not disabled when installing the system without updates.
