shield Recommended update for wget

SUSE-SLE-Module-Basesystem-15-SP2-2021-2091

This update for wget fixes the following issue: - When running recursively, wget will verify the length of the whole URL when saving the files. This will make it overwrite files with truncated names, throwing the following message: "The name is too long,... trying to shorten". (bsc#1181173)
