shield Recommended update for target-isns

SUSE-SLE-Module-Basesystem-15-SP1-2020-3493

This update for target-isns fixes the following issues: - The systemd service for target-isns depended on 'target.service' unit, but that unit is part of rtslib-fb and is not used in SLES or Tumbleweed. The new service dependency is 'targetcli.service' (bsc#1177597) A lot more minor bug fixes have been fixed with this release. Please refer to the rpm changelog of target-isns.rpm for a full list of all changes.
