shield Recommended update for wayland

SUSE-SLE-DESKTOP-12-2015-687

This update for Wayland adds new functionality to the server API and protocol like a new subsurface compositor interface and functions to improve the stability of compositors which will be used by 3rd-party packages. These changes are binary compatible with previous releases and won't provide any benefit by themselves to users, but 3rd-party packages will be able to use them in the future.
