shield Recommended update for plymouth

SUSE-SLE-DESKTOP-12-2015-552

This update adds RemainAfterExit=yes to plymouth-start.service, avoiding an undesired restart of plymouthd after it has finished. The update also ensures Plymouth is not started if "init=/bin/bash" is present in the Kernel command line.
