The irc client xchat was updated to fix handling of SSL/TLS protocol versions in FIPS mode. The following issue was fixed: * Instead of selecting SSL3.0 only, always select the best (TLS 1.2, 1.1, 1.0 or 3.0). (bsc#926674)
