This update for gnutls fixes the following issues: Changes in gnutls: - FIPS: Add NIST SP800-56Brev2 6.4.2.2 check: partial public-key validation for RSA OAEP (bsc#1262397) - FIPS: Use complete hash+sign operations in pct_test().
