This update for pesign fixes the following issues: - Set stricter permissions on /etc/pki/pesign (bsc#1271405) - Disable the wchar_t warnings on arm32 - Constify the return pointer of strrchr() (bsc#1258751) - Use /var/lib/empty as the the home directory of the pesign system user and remove /var/lib/pesign (jsc#PED-14755) - Move '/run/pesign' to pesign-systemd which creates the directory in the post script
