This update for dpdk fixes the following issues: Changes in dpdk: Update to version 24.11.6: - docs: fix build issue due to missing spacing between paragraphs - Revert “net: fix packet type for stacked VLAN” Update to version 24.11.5: * https://doc.dpdk.org/guides-24.11/rel_notes/release_24_11.html#id15 * Summary: - Fixed buffer overflows (dma-perf, openssl) and use-after-free's in vhost. - Intel: Fixes for i40e, iavf, ice, and ixgbe regarding flow parsing, memory leak, and MAC management. - NVIDIA/Mellanox: Fixes for mlx5 regarding bonding, HW steering (HWS) and secondary process logic. - Fixes race conditions and resource leaks in netvsc (Hyper-V) - Fixes for Marvell (cnxk), Broadcom (bnxt), and Amazon (mana).
