Prefer the signed open driver when installing CUDA
By installing this package, the signed NVIDIA open driver built by SUSE will be preferred during installation of CUDA components. Simply run: `zypper install --no-recommends cuda-runtime-<version>nv-prefer-signed-open-driver`
