Since cups-filters version 1.0.42 foomatic-rip is also provided by cups-filters so that there is a file conflict with the foomatic-filters package (both provide /usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip and /usr/share/man/man1/foomatic-rip). Therefore foomatic-rip is separated in the sub-package cups-filters-foomatic-rip and only that sub-package conflicts with foomatic-filters.
