Development Environment for CUPS

The Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS) is the standards-based, open source printing system. See http://www.cups.org This is the development package. CUPS>= 1.6 has major incompatible changes compared to CUPS 1.5. After a version upgrade to CUPS>= 1.6 printing in the network would no longer work as it did up to CUPS 1.5.
